Change solid-ui import in Pod deployments

Because I cannot upload such a big file in mashlib, for the Pod deployments I link to the minified version from teh GitPages: <script type="text/javascript" src="https://timea-solid.github.io/SolidHelloWorlds/lib/solid-ui.js"></script>

When new mashlib is released with the solid-ui code I needed for forms -> no need to have solid-ui under libs anymore. Simply use mashlib release from https://solidos.github.io/mashlib/dist/mashlib.min.js
