Media was reachable only from the nav and the footer. - Intro: a line saying where everything we publish is collected. - CTA band: a solid "Writing & talks" button ahead of the two LinkedIn buttons, and reword the copy so reading is one of the offered next steps. Uses the existing btn btn-solid style already used by the nav. Verified against a local server: the button renders at 184x40 with the site's blue and dark label text, identical in both themes, and media.html resolves 200.
