Remove device and hardware trees for devices we don't support

Erik and I were talking about this the other day. We can do this via a local_manifest.xml change and it would save a lot of bandwidth for us. I'll start looking into which ones are safe to remove from CM9 first since the AOKP ICS repos are broken and will probably never get fixed by the AOKP team.
