First high-level library for SIMD #347
Description
High level for typed arrays. Iterator supported. Also can be used as number. Probably will operator support. Here is first in world high-level library for SIMD.js. Added bass-js support.

NO! There is no operator overloading (impossible for JS).
But you can use chaining, and creating instance from typed array and non-typed.
Would be good extended SIMD support, with AVX, AVX2 and etc.
