Improvement Request: add "without project" project

If I install Task Genius into vault which already contains tasks and then add project - it leads to condition when all my previously created tasks become missed from Task Genius views. Because they actually does not belong to any project yet. 

I think, it is a handy trick to add "fake" project "without project" automatically when first project is created.
