IDE wants to use nrfjprog for embedded-nrf, but it is no longer supported

When I try to flash my nRF52840 using the IDE's "Flash" command, it tries to run nrfjprog:

$ nrfjprog --recover --program .flash/zephyr.hex --verify && nrfjprog --run
fish: Unknown command: nrfjprog

However, these tools have been archived and replaced by nRF Util:

Would you consider upgrading the IDE to use nrfutil instead of nrfjprog?

Yeah, good catch, thanks! I went with that flash command just because it was in the original apple/swift-embedded-examples, but yeah, I’ve seen that nrfjprog is deprecated now.

You can update the "flash" command in your .vscode/embedded-stream.json to use nrfutil instead.

If you’ve got the right command handy, I’d love it if you could share it so I can add it to the IDE.

Or even better, feel free to send a PR, the change would go in embeddedStreamConfig.ts#L492 and in README.md#L95

Here are the commands that are used with nrfutil:

# Program
nrfutil device program --firmware .flash/zephyr.hex
# Verify
nrfutil device fw-verify --firmware .flash/zephyr.hex
# Run
nrfutil device reset

Hey, thank you for the follow-up! I've updated it in 1.10.7. After updating, you can remove .vscode/embedded-stream.json, reload the window via Cmd+Shift+P, and then either create a new scheme or edit the existing one with the updated flash commands as follows:
