Superdoc Initialization issue with liveblocks (found in 1.11.0) #2002

When opening a document from liveblocks the text you type isn't showing up. The workaround is to hit enter and backspace to the line you're trying to edit and the text will appear. This only seems to happen when the editor is using liveblocks. This also might be breaking the undo/redo commands as well.
Steps to reproduce:
- Create a new document. Typing should be working at this point.
- Refresh the document. Try and start typing. Notice that nothing is appearing as you type.
- Hitting enter will allow the text you typed to be visible.
Downgrading to 1.8.3 (maybe any version prior to 1.11.0) fixes this issue, but it also means I we can't benefit from all the updates and fixes that's been made since.
