New projects mostly start from a generator, and Storm is not listed in any of them. This issue covers the Ktor generator; the start.spring.io submission is tracked separately in #215 and follows the deeper Spring integration.
Ktor maintains an open plugin registry (https://github.com/ktorio/ktor-plugin-registry). Accepted plugins appear in the start.ktor.io generator and in the plugin directory on ktor.io, in the same database category as Exposed. Submission requires storm-ktor built against current Ktor (#206) and a released version, so the submission itself follows the 1.13.0 release.
