Latest docker image build missing redis

Describe the bug
During startup of the app Redis is flagged as missing in the docker image

To Reproduce
Spin up docker image , redis package is found to be missing.

Expected behavior
App starts

More in general: redis is listed as an optional dependency. However, it is not possible to run the application without it because the imports are always executed.
