SQL Server datetimeoffset datatype is not supported

The client displays <UnknownType (-155)> instead in the results.

1. Go to File -> Global Preferences -> Data Type Controls -> scroll down to "Unknown Data Types" and check "Read contents when table is first loaded and display as string" -> OK.
2. Go to File -> Save Preferences.
3. Close and open database Session.
4. Run SQL SELECT again.
