[FR] add visual indicator for full file citations

When Ask has a citation with line info, the specific lines are highlighted. However, when a full file is cited there is no visual indicator (other than scrolling to the citation). It would be great if there was some visual highlight here as well. Probably not as intense as the line highlight, but perhaps the border of the file changes or the breadcrumb div
