[Enhancement]: Add Monad network support to Atlas SVR searcher onboarding page

The Atlas SVR searcher onboarding page should be updated to include the Monad network alongside the existing Base, Arbitrum, and BNB Chain support.

The following changes are needed:

1. Update the page title and sidebar navigation label to include Monad (e.g., "SVR Searcher Onboarding: Atlas (Base, Arbitrum, BNB Chain, Monad)").
2. Update the introductory paragraph to mention Monad.
3. Add Monad to the Contract References section with the following contracts:
   • Atlas: 0x006DD7813C90CaB67c1Dc185c21Abb2C7414b061
   • DappControl: 0xa40d9f38621b4ffb2181508b973519e8133951c0
4. Add Monad to the Feed Aggregator Addresses section with 14 SVR feeds, including MON/USD, ETH/USD, BTC/USD, USDC/USD, and various exchange rate feeds.
5. Update the Searcher Guides table on the SVR Feeds overview page (src/content/data-feeds/svr-feeds/index.mdx) to include Monad in the Atlas row.

How important it is?

Medium importance. Adding Monad network support ensures that searchers can integrate with SVR auctions on Monad using the Atlas auction system. Without this documentation, searchers attempting to participate in Monad SVR auctions would lack the necessary contract addresses and feed aggregator references to get started.
