chore(audits): re-record module-graph baseline

The knowledge page had already drifted to +42 of its allowed +42 on staging
(9 knowledge base connectors, #6699, landed after the baseline was last
recorded at #6657). The one module this branch adds — the shared
`lib/permission-groups/operation-access` helper, which every workspace route
now reaches through `stores/workflows/utils.ts` — tips it to +43.

Re-records all 34 entries, so it also absorbs that pre-existing drift: home
2890 -> 2916 and files 1909 -> 1922 are staging's, not this branch's. This
branch's own contribution is +1 to +2 modules per route.
