CI: Jekyll virtual build for shader-slang.org #151
Description
We currently do not do any pre-submit testing for the website, which means that issues in Jekyll files (such as _data/documentation.yaml) can be merged even if they will break the website deployment.
The Jekyll build can be built and deployed locally without deployment to the website, so we can and should have a check to make sure that at least builds correctly before merging PRs.
