Description

We would like to update the weekly GitHub analytics collection to include additional repositories and organizations. We would also like to remove some repositories/organizations from the weekly GitHub analytics collection.

Deliverables

1. Update the weekly.yaml file to include the updated repositories and organizations.
2. Ensure that after running weekly.yaml new files have been generated with the expected results in our Google Drive.
