Add TornadoVM as new candidate

Following the comment in a previous PR, we have made some changes and we plan to release TornadoVM (starting from the upcoming release) in a standard SDK archive format. We plan to publish with our GitHub releases multiple distributions which will correspond to the target architecture.

TornadoVM is a plug-in to OpenJDK and GraalVM distributions for accelerating Java programs on heterogeneous hardware (GPUs, FPGAs).

As a result, we would like to register TornadoVM as a new candidate.

Hi @stratika,

I just looked at your GitHub releases and don't see any published archives. Are you publishing them somewhere else? I'd like to understand this SDK a bit better before we onboard TornadoVM on SDKMAN.

Is the intention to inject code into already installed JDKs? If that is the case, I really don't feel comfortable with this from a security perspective, as this opens up an attack vector. This will also soon not be possible, because we will be making all our installed SDKs (including JDKs) immutable (this is the common trend these days, for instance with NixOS, Fedora Atomic, etc).
