Script webhook sometimes doesn't work

I checked the logs, and it looks like the two update attempts occurred within a very short period of time. GitHub caches content for a while, so the second attempt didn’t retrieve the latest content, causing the update to fail.
However, there is a scheduled task that runs approximately every six hours. It will check again and update the content automatically.

I'm reopening this because I just realized in my years of using gf this never happened once, so he is not relying on that cached raw GitHub file but data something from the webhook event

Thanks for pointing this out. I checked the implementation, and the webhook is currently used only as a trigger. We still fetch the file from its original URL, usually using a branch reference such as repo/main, so it can indeed receive stale cached content. I’ll change it to use the after commit SHA from the webhook payload and fetch the immutable repo/ version instead.
