when loading bin\netstandard2.0\PSCompression.dll

Can repro with

install-psresource vcf.powercli
Import-Module Vmware.VimAutomation.Core
Import-Module PSCompression -Verbose

I guess ALC is out the picture if you want to support 5.1.
