[Bug]: Restrict refresh-rate controls only to Pixels permanently

Hi I love your project.

But I am very dumb and stupid and from your app and it is totally my fault. I had shizuku activated. I accidentaly pressed on the slider on settings on 10 hz and crashed my whole phone and boot looped . I literally panicked and I tried going into recovery mode but I couldn't .The phone (motorola g24 power) just resets itself evrey 2 seconds and remained still on the logo I couldn't even do this command and had before adb priviliges beacuse I did adb logs on my phone for some apps i was working on . Yes i use linux

adb shell settings put system peak_refresh_rate 60.0
adb shell settings put system min_refresh_rate 60.0

I first had to go fastboot mode
And then run this command from the terminal on linux fastboot reboot recovery and then I did factory reset it was the only option unfortunately

I do not want this to happen to anyone

Now my phone is completly functional.

Hi! Wasn't this feature hidden by default after the latest update? I added a new toggle in settings where settings which are not meant for certain devices like this for any device other than Pixels are hidden by default.

To be honest, even having a Pixel I am not even using this day... only tested for a couple mins to verify as it was a contributed feature. These configs are quite powerful in which sense one wrong one can cause bootloops or worse, hardware damage as I had to add warnings.

I think you might have had a chance with safe mode here but still I am not sure tho. Since I have had reports of this 2,3 times so far, I might either permanently restrict this for Pixels or rather remove entirely. Let's see.

It wasn't hidden for me . I had the latest update v15.7. I fixed my device now i don't have any problems anymore.

Ohh that's interesting... you didn't enable the "Enable unsupported features" in the settings either? I might need to fix it then

No I didn't enabled unsupported features . My phone is motorola g24 power.
