[Bug]: Accessibility menu gets disabled using shut up and is not re enabled

Bug Description

If I set to disable accessibility services while launching an app using essential shortcut then along with disabling downloaded apps accessibility service (which is expected), accessibility menu is also disabled (not required by targeted app to disable) and is not re enabled automatically unlike downloaded services.

Steps to Reproduce

Turn on accessibility menu.
Launch an shut up app which has configured to disabled accessibility services.
Close the app.
Accessibility menu is still disabled.

Expected Behavior

Re enable accessibility menu or don't disable it.

Ohhhh I have not tried with system accessibility tools like the menu, thanks for pointing out, will check
