feature request: list only stable crates #4345

i'd wish to have a filter to list only stable crates, i.e. with version > 1.0; something like a checkbox on the left to Sort by label.

use cases:

find a stable bindings library for production use
explore stable crates in a spare time

hopefully someone may find it useful.
