Replace toolbar icons by HiDPI-ready icons

The toolbar icons look blurry on HiDPI screens. Replace the icons by a new set of icons that have a high enough resolution for HiDPI (perhaps even SVGs).

(Not happy with the result, the icons are a bit bland.)
