The signals are not all assigned to frequency indices 1 and 2 and BDS2 and BDS3 have different sets of signals. Try using 5 frequency indices and see if that helps. For conversion to RINEX the mapping should not be important as all the signals should be stored. |

I'm using a ZED-F9P L1/L2. In the u-center application, Messages-NAV-SIG shows that all BDS satellites have B1D1 and B2D1 signals. When I convert raw ubx to rinex 3.05, most BDS satellites only have C2I, L2I, D2I, S2I. For example, in the RTKLIB-EX 2.5.0 graphs:
#FRQ=1 C37, C23, C43, C25, C34, C24, C22
#FRQ=2 C08, C11, C12, C13
