The reserved-prefix Amendment of 2026-09-29 opens with the operator's ruling, and that sentence reads as covering the whole Amendment. Two choices in it were the change's own, not the ruling's: giving the suite's nested modules the Conformance prefix, and recording the contract as an Amendment of this record. The Note attributes both to the change that carries the Amendment, as the 2026-10-04 Note did for the aliases paragraph. Ruled by the operator, 2026-10-06. Zero removed lines; no status change.
