[Bug]: "Could not find a ICreatesObservableForProperty" is thrown under specific circumstances

Prerequisites

• I have searched open and closed issues for duplicates.
• I am using the latest stable release.

Describe the bug 🐞

I don't know why it behaves this way either. If possible, please guide me.

Steps to reproduce

1. Clone the but-test branch from https://gitcode.com/WCKYWCKF/WCKYWCKF.Avalonia.Extension.git.
2. Run the test FormItemsViewModelTest.MakeItemsTest.
3. The "Could not find a ICreatesObservableForProperty" exception is thrown.
4. Remove the dependencies on ReactiveUI.Binding and ReactiveUI.Binding.Reactive.
5. The "Could not find a ICreatesObservableForProperty" exception no longer occurs.

Expected behavior

Using this project does not trigger the "Could not find a ICreatesObservableForProperty" error.
