Is it possible to build PyMuPDF separately from MuPDF?

Description of the bug

Hi there,

I'm working on packaging PyMuPDF for Cygwin, and have found that it builds MyPDF (unsuccessfully) as part of the build process. Is a way to use an already build-and-installed MyPDF? This would make my life easier as a packager I think.

How to reproduce the bug

I attempted to install PyMuPDF as detailed in the manual with pip install .

1.27.2.2

Operating system

Windows

Python version

3.12

Could you attach the full build output?

[It's possible that the mupdf build failed because it requires libclang to build the required mupdf c++ bindings.]
