Media Support

The current version of the Java bindings don't expose any media functionality of the libdatachannel, the JNI modules outright disables it during compilation.

This library was originally designed for use with data channels, without any need for media. This can however be changed, if demand exists.

Please comment if you want media support.

I think those are out of scope for a webrtc library, but you should be able to implement it on top of this Lib.
