Bug description

I have recently upgraded GLPI and the order plugin.

When an order has been received, I am unable to generate an associated item as the button does not appear:

All other options display the button correctly:

When I view an existing order that was created prior to the upgrade, the button does appear:

I have just noticed that there are two versions of the code:
2.12.X
2.11.X

I have installed 2.12.6 using the marketplace. Is this correct?
