Server side row model does not work

Hi,

On investigation of the codebase, i found that there is no handling for serverSide row model. It is available only for the infinite row model.

serverSide row model is necessary to enable on-demand fetching of row groups.
We can enable this by handling this in a similar fashion as done in the 'infinite' row model.

There are several examples on the forum how to inject imperative configuration via a clientside_callback to setup serverSideDatasource. That is key to get SSRM it to work at all. As mentoned in #411 (https://community.plotly.com/t/serverside-rowmodeltype-with-storing-changes/82787/10?u=jinnyzor). The rest is a matter of development of the backend plus a few more imperative configurations via clientside_callback.

I have taken the pdgrid package and greately improved upon it. Right now, I have an SSRM implementation that looks and works identical to the CSRM, including filtering, aggregations, pivoting, row count bar, tooltips, etc. It works well with dates, boolean, text, set filters. There is also utf8 normalization on both the server and the client side. The set-filter values are dynamically updated depending on other filters, which required injection via clientside_callback for columnDefs. Setting the initial filterModel similarly required an imperative configuration clientside_callback.
