There is a user prompt offering to replace bash. I pressed y and immediately pressed ENTER thinking the y would not be registered until I pressed ENTER. Instead it accepted the y by itself, and used the ENTER to submit an empty password.
I could see some appreciating the "instant accept y". But this was a surprise to me, and I think it could be accommodated if the password gave us three tries.
