[Bug]: Changed-files summary card has a overflowing header with a different background

Steps to reproduce

1. Update to the latest Nightly (0.0.29-nightly.20260722.875).
2. Run any turn that produces a changed-files summary card in the chat timeline (i.e. an assistant message followed by a "N changed file" card).
3. Observe the top edge of the changed-files card.

This reproduces consistently — every changed-files card shows the artifact since the update.

Expected behavior

The changed-files summary card renders on a clean background. No text from the preceding message should show through or above the card's top edge.

Actual behavior

After the latest Nightly update, the "N changed file" summary card in the chat timeline shows a rendering artifact, the "x" changed file sits in a colored bg that overflows the parent card
