This is a big 2.7GB download. It'd be nice if we didn't have to keep redownloading it...
Most of the failures are just noise related to argument nullability deprecations that we can clean up, for now, I'd like to see green tests.

Like what we're doing in php/pecl-database-pdo_ibm#6. I'm curious how this will work considering since PDO isn't involved and thus we won't have the same issue with PHP 8.0.
