Adds Expressions & Math and Migration 4.x -> 5.0, and updates Home, sidebar and footer, API reference, Architecture, CLI, Configuration, Diagnostics, Getting Started, ROADMAP, Security, Template Syntax and Testing & CI for 5.0.0: inline %{= EXPR} expressions, dynamic keys, the new math functions and filters, the syntax.expressions gate, and the corrected test figures (386 / 1286) and empty PHPStan baseline.
wiki: restore Home, sync pages with 4.0.1 fixes
The 'Updated Home (markdown)' edit renamed the landing page to HTML.PHP-<emoji>.md, which removed Home.md and broke the [Home](Home) link in the sidebar; Home.md is restored from that same content. HTML.PHP-<emoji>.md becomes a pointer to Home. API-Reference, Architecture, Contributing, README and Testing-and-CI follow the CI fixes: deterministic slugify, blocking gates, the intl on/off matrix, the new wiki tooling and the smoke job.
