Review adding design tokens for MCP resources

This is a follow up issue to #114 PF-3655.

As a developer I should review adding in PatternFly design tokens as an available MCP resource and exposing these resources through related MCP tooling.

Acceptance criteria

• Review exposing the full token list as an MCP resource

• Review integrating MCP tokens resource into MCP search tooling results

• Optional, implement based on level of effort or create an implementation story

Assumptions and questions

• The original requests from Add design tokens support for lookup/validation #114

  • Include tokens in docs index – Add the tokens page(s) from patternfly.org so searchPatternFlyDocs can find token-related content
  • Add token validation/lookup tool – e.g. validateToken or getTokenInfo that accepts a token name and returns validity + suggested alternatives
  • Add tokens resource – Expose the full token list (e.g. from all-patternfly-tokens) as an MCP resource for programmatic use
