At home, I have a sensecap D1 screen running ESPHome that displays a screenshot of a dashboard (that shows the Compact-Power-Card) that automatically refreshes every 10 seconds. As the display isn't live, I can't really see the animation dots when there's power flowing. They show up as "a random dot" on the line that just moves to some other "random position" in the next screenshot(s).
Hiding the animation dots would make sense in such a usecase.
