[BUG] Multi-selection top bar not adapted to edge-to-edge in landscape

Actual behaviour

The top bar, that is shown when multi-selection mode is enabled, is not adapted to edge-to-edge feature in landscape mode

Expected behaviour

The top bar should span the full width of the device, including the system bar area

Probably, it's necessary to create a new design for the action bar

Steps to reproduce

1. Long press on one item
2. Rotate the device to landscape

The bug can also be reproduced when starting in landscape mode
