Boosteroid Settings Question – "Use my display scale preferences"

Should I enable this or not?

I play Boosteroid via Chrome with a 2560 × 1440 Monitor but would like Boosteroid to use 4k.

It sometimes only lets me pick 1920x1080 in-game.
