If you play a video at 4x speed, the control bar of the video is flickering (visible / not visible). This only happens at 4x speed and happens both on desktop ( chrome and edge but not on firefox) and mobile (only android / chrome tested).
If you can not reproduce, i can record a video but creating a screenshot is difficult for that bug :-)
