install_dependencies.sh fails due to removed (from apt repos) libgconf-2-4 on newer Debian (Trixie/13)

Steps to reproduce:

1. run install_dependencies.sh

Observe error:
libgconf-2-4 will fail to install due to being not found in the repo.

According to Debian release info, libgconf-2-4 was removed as of Debian 13.

This makes the install_dependencies.sh script unable to complete (and even if forced, it's unclear what not having libgconf will do to the rest of the build)
