[paragon-openedx.netlify.app] Feedback (on /components/layout/) Layout component doesn’t support xxl breakpoint

## Improvements

The Paragon [Layout](https://paragon-openedx-v23.netlify.app/components/layout/) component only supports `xs`, `sm`, `md`, `lg`, and `xl`. There’s no `xxl` option. With `xl` active from 1200px, it’s limited above that width.
