Is Openblocks still worth getting involved with?

I was researching a Budibase style developer and came across Openblocks. However, I realize that the Openblocks cloud and the examples (WIP) are no longer available. I would like to know if development is still active and if it is worth my time and dedication to learn how to use the tool as it really lacks clearer documentation.
