Flagd: Host should be endpoint #323

Hello, this implementation of the flagd provider can be configured only using a host and. not a complete endpoint:
host.org vs host.org/endpoint
As my flagd daemon is running behind a proxy it is reachable using the flagd/ endpoint. However, with this provider i can't make this connection. I have seen other versions of a similar code using a endpoint variable but I can't find the code anymore.
