Just a tiny comment about the commit message.
We use REM, when we remove an entire module so this one should be [IMP].
The module name is wrong.

Due to LMS (Learning Management System) and Skills refactor we finish with two reports about certifications with almost the same functionality. - Model 'hr.employee.certification.report' and all its views were removed - Menu "Reporting" was chaged - On the list view Learning > Certifications remove the default group by (Type) task-5384409
