Missing pointer cursor on interactive view and pagination controls

Description

The "Card view" and "Table view" toggle buttons are interactive, but they keep the default cursor instead of displaying a pointer cursor.

This makes them feel inconsistent with other interactive controls across the application.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to the Search page.
2. Hover over the Card/Table view toggle buttons.

Expected behavior

The cursor should change to a pointer when hovering over the buttons.

Actual behavior

The cursor remains the default arrow.

Additional context

Other interactive controls already provide appropriate cursor feedback.

@graphieros I fixed this one. While checking similar controls, I also noticed a few other small cursor-consistency issues in the UI. If that is helpful, I can open separate issues for them as well

@juninhokaponne sounds good :) Maybe you can rephrase your original issue & PR to be broader, I think a single issue to address all missing pointers could be good. What do you think ?
