Add SWC ahd SQLite versions to the dist-indexer

Following recent conversations and the fact that SQLite and SWC are now dependencies within Node, it'd be great to document which versions are shipped with each Node.js binary from now on for those dependencies.

This would be relevant information to be rendered within the Node.js website.
