Invalid monitor handles

The bug happens sometimes after initializing the video system. The monitor handles from enumerate monitors function gives invalid handles.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Initialize the video system
2. Enumerate the available monitors
3. Get the monitor info with the monitor handles
4. The monitor info will contain garbage values

The monitor info should have been filled with the correct information.
