[Bug]: 3rd party app breaks entire appstore

Bug description

the 3rd party app allinoneaccessibility from skynettechnologies breaks my entire app store in my nextcloud instance, although i have not installed the app, no other app can be viewed/installed/enabled/disabled in the appstore anymore, a misconfigured app should not be able to break the whole appstore

there is already a issue created at the devs repository of the nextcloud app:
skynettechnologies/skynettechnologiesallinoneaccessibility#3

Steps to reproduce

1. install/update nextcloud server 34.0.1
2. go to apps
3. error message "app list can not be loaded, try again later", no apps are shown

Expected behavior

appstore is working correctly, the misconfigured app should not be listed in the appstore

To me this just shows what extremely little care is put into Nextcloud these days.

The other day I updated to 34, and the own bundled mimetypelist.js fails the integrity check. Then when you get the notification to update an app and press it, nothing happens. No extra indices had to be added to the db until 34.0.1. Always random errors in the logs. Random ghost users if you delete a user. And now this, a random app is passed without any testing and breaks the whole app store for all users.

Even the "Applications" icon was the wrong colour in 34.0.0, which is something of the lowest importance, but to me it shows that nobody even bothered to use the app before releasing it as "stable".

The name app name skynettechnologiesallinoneaccessibility is with 37 characters above the set limit of 32 characters.

For those running nc 34+ in a docker - here the patch:

docker exec -it nextcloud_app sed -i ‘s/private const APP_MAX_LENGTH = 32;/private const APP_MAX_LENGTH = 64;/g’ /var/www/html/lib/private/AppConfig.php

clear the error cache

docker exec --user www-data -it nextcloud_app php occ config:app:delete core appstorenotavailable

and restart your docker container

But remember - just a patch - no fix!!!

same here, I wonder how a wrong entry in the store can break the installed serverl. This should imho not happen and questions some design decisions.

The problem persists. Just in case, I also ran:
sudo -u http php occ maintenance:repair

Probably it’s the locally cached data, need a bit so it is fetched again
