[Bug]: Wrong EXIF time shown in Photos detail view

Bug description

Dear NextCloud team, I hope this bug report is useful:

I noticed that the EXIF time shown in the Photos detail view is off:

Downloading the photo and running it through 'exif' shows the correct timestamp

Steps to reproduce

1. Take a photo (on android)
2. Open the nexcloud website
3. Open the "photos" app and search for the uploaded photo
4. Open the "details" tab

Expected behavior

Show the original timestamp of the photo, don't adjust it. Optionally add the time zone info.

Additional info

Running latest Nextcloud version povided by Hetzner (storage share). I don't have access the more detailed information I think. I'm also not sure about the actual version number, the about screen says Nextcloud Hub 25 Autumn

Update: My user profile is set to "Timezone: Berlin" - that might indicate the 2 hours mismatch (Berlin is UTC+2 right now). So maybe the EXIF timezone wasn't taken into consideration and the user's timezone offset was added to the EXIF date/time.
