chore: update package-lock.json and package.json for dependency versions and license information

- Bump lockfile version from 2 to 3 in package-lock.json.
- Update @api-components/api-request version from ^0.3.0 to ^0.3.8 in package.json.
- Add license information for several dependencies in package-lock.json.
- Introduce dompurify version 3.1.3 in package.json and set it as a resolution.
