Private and non-existent project pages embed with empty/placeholder content #5414
Description
Please confirm the following.
- I checked the existing issues for duplicate problems
- I have tried resolving the issue using the support portal

Describe the bug
Placeholder content is generated as there is no project by this name that is accessible by any logged-out user.
Steps to reproduce
- Link to an inaccessible Modrinth project on any social media service which allows link embedding (Discord, for instance)
- View generated embed
Expected behavior
No embed should be provided, or a generic one.
